Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes you will be on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. We start many beautiful hikes/ bike tours. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Hopfen am See vacation rental near Füssen Allgäu dog

Our place is close to Füssen in Hopfen am See, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Hopfen. There is a very nice promenade along the lake with many restaurants and great leisure opportunities for children. Beach, mini golf, boat and bicycle rental and children's playground are directly on the lake, as well as a nice hiking trail (6.6 km) around the lake. Neuschwanstein Castle is 8 km away, Füssen is 4 km away and Forggensee with boat trips is 2 km away.

The apartment is located 15 minutes from Füssen, where you can do many leisure activities, and only 20 minutes from Kempten, ideal for shopping, eating out, and much more. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Schlösser Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein sind 4 km entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet Freizeitspass ohne Ende das gesamte Jahr über.

The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
