Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

The apartments are located in the former farmhouse on the 2nd floor The character of the farm is still there. With a courtyard to play in and a barbecue area. On the other side, the magnificent views of the Allgäu mountains, Lake Hopfensee and Neuschwanstein Castle. By bike, you can reach Hopfen am See in 10 minutes at a swimming area and Füssen in 20 minutes. Here you can have a great vacation in summer and winter. The ski slopes at Tegelberg or in Nesselwang are about 20 minutes away

... in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies in the Ammer Valley between the world-famous Passion Play town of Oberammergau and the "Blue Land" of Murnau, with its famous artists around the "Blaue Reiter" group. Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

Vacation home

Located outside (11 km drive to Füssen), this apartment with garden and the possibility to sit outside offers the recreational factor you want on vacation. Mountain panorama included. A car is absolutely necessary. The apartment offers plenty of space for two to three adults or families with one to two children. There is a sofa bed and a baby cot. The visitor's tax is paid separately on site (1.15 euros per day from 16 years, 0.60 euros per day between 6 and 16 years)
