We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.

Helhoughton is ideal for country walks, cycling and that get away from it all experience. Lovely pubs in neighbouring villages and only four miles from Fakenham Racecourse.
