Great place to stay in Norwich, very walkable distance into the city centre. Everything was clean and tidy. Nick was a great host as he was very proactive and made sure to check up regularly to see if my stay was going well. 10/10.

My wife and I had wanted to explore Norwich and the surrounding areas, so we booked a week in 15 Clarendon Road. Not only was it extremely well appointed and felt like 'home from home' from the outset, but all communication, both with the agent, Swift, and directly with the owner, Andrew, was pleasant, friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly look to book Clarendon Road again when staying in Norwich.

What a fantastic place to stay. Felt like home away from home. The little touches were greatly appreciated, especially the yummy scones. Friendly, helpful hosts. Highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Trudy and Bob were both so welcoming (as was Cooper the cat!) super friendly & gave us such a warm welcome on arrival! The place is lovely, super clean & comfortable! They were both so accommodating for our visit & even got some puzzles and books out for my daughter, which was so thoughtful! Thank you so much for having us & would 100% recommend. Lovely home, super lovely hosts & a beautiful location!

A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

Really enjoyed our stay fantastic location for us and the apartment was really clean and well stocked. Host was really helpful and communicated well throughout Apartment has pretty much everything you could need we loved the ice machine as it was scorchio probably could have done with fans for the bedroom although there is one Dyson fan for the apartment. Me & my partner stayed here with our our toddler for 4 nights & had such a lovely time! The apartment is in a beautiful setting - managing to feel rural but also within walking distance of the village of London (with further connections available there). We found The Loft to actually feel larger than the pictures make it seem which was a nice surprise - the whole place is thoughtfully furnished & very practical as well as charming. The things that made this place special were little touches such as the homemade bread, jam & fresh eggs waiting on arrival & also Martin's warm welcome. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple looking to explore the Broads, Norwich & the other attractions Norfolk has to offer!

The Apartment was exactly as nice as described and as pictured in the listing. The Kitchen and Bathroom were nice, modern, and well equipped to a high standard. The Beds were comfortable. Even the sofa bed, which has a firm mattress, was surprisingly comfortable. Only, if you are taller than 5'7"/ 172cm the sofa bed might be a bit short for you. The location was excellent. The area around the apartment was nice and quiet at night. Everything of interest was within a few minutes walking distance (Food, Pubs, Shopping, Bars). St. Giles Street is a 1 minute Walk from the front door, and a great place to arrange a Taxi/Veezu Pickup. (The fare to NWI was less than £10, and took less than 30min) Jake, our Host, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, allowing us to check in early, and was very supportive when we had any questions. I would certainly stay here again, and can recommend this apartment for couples, or up to 3 Adults, visiting Norwich City.

I really enjoyed my stay! The flat was tidy and comfortable and felt surprisingly light and spacious. The appliances were all good quality and check-in / out was smooth.

Really nice apartment with a good location. Easy access to town and beach. Beautifully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bit pricey for this part of Norfolk, but given the quality of the premises, probably worth it. Only downside was a bit of road noise in the bedrooms first thing.

I stayed in Joanna’s place for a few weeks as I was staying in Norwich for work. The apartment had everything I needed and more. Joanna was lovely, very responsive to messages and as the weather got warmer, she provided me with a fan during my stay without me even asking. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean- I felt very at home! I was pleasantly surprised on check in as the apartment was a bit bigger than how the photos made it look. There are multiple car parks very close which are also reasonably priced. I have really enjoyed staying here and would 100% recommend! No faults at all! 😊

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
