The condo is located both lakeside and poolside, with a private gated boat ramp, water's edge boardwalk, fishing, and tennis court just steps away. Oaklawn Racing Casino, Garvan Gardens, Magic Springs, and historic downtown Hot Springs are just minutes away.

Above it all, escape to your private mountaintop and only minutes from lakes, hiking, downtown and golf. National forest is your backyard and Hot Springs Village is your front yard. Mountaintop is surrounded by lakes & trails. Guests tell us they think it's an amazing view -- 'million-dollar view' --and it's affordable, too! The apt is separated from our home and features spacious windows, king bed and porches where you're always welcome. Large cable TV, strong wifi allow you to have it all.

This quiet 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bath home is like living in the trees. Enjoy partial lake views while making dinner or enjoying a meal on the deck. This is the perfect lake getaway. Enjoy relaxing on the back porch with your favorite beverage while watching the sun rise or set over Lake Hamilton. Take a stroll along the lake front property of the complex on the boardwalk that connects you to the lakeside swimming pool or walk in our quiet residential neighborhood. Bring your personal watercraft and launch from the private boat landing then park in the private boat slip steps away from the back porch. Our quiet cove also is a great place for SUP and kayak enjoyment.

Spacious Lake Hamilton home on a large, quiet cove with convenient access to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, Mid-America Science Museum, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 3 feet, there will still be water in my cove .
