Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

The bedroom has a comfy full-size bed, the front living space has a hide-a-bed for parties larger than 2 with a big TV. Extra sheets and pillows are located in the bedroom dresser.
