The space
The Eco Tower is a property perfectly suited to couples on their honeymoon or any romantic break for that matter. The Eco Tower boasts a spacious bedroom area which comfortably sleeps two adults and can also host one child, adding a child’s bed or travel cot. This stunning converted windmill has been tastefully styled using wood, glass and local stone to create a light and airy atmosphere. The windmill has also become ideal if you are looking for an idyllic and romantic nest to escape and witness amazing 360 degree views of the sea and all the mountains.

At 25 square metres, the environmentally friendly luxury first-floor apartment is set in the original windmill of Finca de Arrieta village. Sympathetically restored, the contemporary, spacious interior offers ideal self-catering accommodation with free fast wifi. The sleeping area has a king-size double bed (180 cm wide) and marble floors and for convenience tea and coffee-making facilities, two cooking hobs and a small fridge. There is also an adjoining ensuite shower room. The Eco Tower also has shared use of a fully equipped kitchen which is in the communal area by the pool. There is a table and chairs on the balcony from where you can enjoy the spectacular sea and mountain views. Beautifully set at the eco-friendly Finca De Arrieta village it offers green living for your holiday in a fabulous setting and great views.

Stay connected with free WiFi across the Finca or unwind with the bluetooth speaker provided in your accommodation. Beach overs will appreciate the complimentary beach towels , perfect for taking a dip at one of the nearby beaches or sea pools.

Our on-site reception is open 09:00-13:00 every day ensuring assistance whenever needed, while the Honesty Shop is open 24/7 selling all your self catering essentials as well as award-winning local wines and artisan gin, honey and jams to fresh eggs supplied by our neighbouring farm. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary welcome pack including cava, water, tea, coffee , milk, sugar, crisps.

Children will love the play park, toys, and giant chess, while animal lovers can visit our friendly donkeys and chickens—and even collect fresh eggs from the hen-house. Enjoy a game of ping-pong or unwind in the communal relaxation areas. The finca also provides a laundry service, making longer stays even more convenient.

Finca De Arrieta is set just 300 meters back from Arrieta beach where there is a fantastic local fish restaurant & beach bar. Walking to the end of the beach you will discover Arrieta, the authentic fishing village. The village has a number of excellent local restaurants all good value for money along with a pizza & coffee shop. Other amenities include a well stocked supermarket & petrol station.

While official check-in begins at 16:00, we always do our best to have your accommodation ready earlier whenever possible.
