A relaxing cottage directly by the sea designed and built by Florencio Pérez who worked closely with César Manrique. New to Airbnb, this escape from the everyday has been in the family since it was built in the early 60s and contains works by local family artist MargaMod. The view from the large windows of the living room and the terrace are spectacular. You can contemplate the sunrises from the bed.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
