Thanks to Rosita for hosting us and for her kindness. We spent wonderful days on the pond which were enhanced by the sun but also by the cabin. Everything is there to feel good, from the Jacuzzi to the bed sheet, including everything you need to feel at home. Rosita pampered us, she is very attentive. Very good stay, comfortable, clean, very functional accommodation. Small touches like cookies, coffee capsules, and a bottle of water make us feel right at home. Very well located, close to everything, Dune, beach, Arcachon all max 10 mins. Marie and Leander respond quickly if needed. We highly recommend this accommodation, the area is beautiful. Thank you

We have really enjoyed our two weeks at the cabin. Everything was as described. The sea was a mere 5 minutes away and our dog has appreciated the fenced garden as well. Estelle was an excellent and very attentive host.

J went above and beyond with helping me find local recommendations, instructions for transportation, & just all around help whenever I needed it. He was so quick to respond and even helped me to organize a private boat tour with oyster tasting, cheese, bread & wine. The house itself was small but great - it was a perfectly adequate size for just the two of us and was pristine. And just because I looked through reviews and photos and didn’t see a mention, there are blinds in the skylights so if you close those the place stays seriously dark, which is nice since we planned to sleep in both mornings!

Warm, clean and quiet environment close to the lakes, the beach and quick access to the Arcachon basin. Communication with Raphaël went very well, flexible arrival. A really nice stay.

Very nice accommodation! Well located in the city center but in a quiet and very clean and convenient street a few minutes from the beach! Well decorated and the little extra the small terrace we had a very good stay!

We felt very comfortable with Andrea. The little cottage is as described and as seen in the photos. Andrea was a great host. We only stayed there for 2 nights, would have liked to have stayed longer.

Our stay was a success from the first exchanges to the reservation to the goodbye of the last morning. Everything is as described and as shown in the photos, we felt at home with you @Domi and Thierry. Domi is a caring host and attentive to details, without "overdoing it", what a sense of hospitality! This little house is full of charm and we slept in absolute calm while being in the city, nothing is missing. Thank you both, we will be delighted to come back to your place when our path leads us to Bordeaux.

Very pleasant stay, we were greeted by Romain on our arrival, very friendly, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We also met Laure, who did not fail to greet us. Very attentive hosts, very clean accommodation in a peaceful and very well decorated place halfway between lake and ocean, spoilt for choice. Very nice accommodation and very well located for visiting the Arcachon basin. The provision of bicycles is a real plus to enjoy the many cycling facilities. Véro and Jean are very welcoming.

If you are looking for a small, cozy, neat corner in the middle of nature, to disconnect and recharge, Hic & Nunc is the ideal place. We highly recommend it.

The stay in the tiny house was super nice and relaxing, we saw deer, had breakfast on the terrace and took beautiful walks. Highly recommended: A dinner at "la Caravelle" for example, "Magret Frites" with a delicious wine. We would love to come back and recommend the accommodation to friends.
