We had such a wonderful stay at Poonam's flat. The location is incredible, you turn the corner and are on the sea front! The flat itself is beautiful and there are many lovely local cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Poonam was always very quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely book again!

We loved the Sea Pig! Such a great location. Easy to get to and around by public transit and so close to everything Brighton has to offer. It's even closer to the water than it looks in the photos. The unit is smallish, but perfect for a couple and has everything you'll need including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Kemptown is a great, very walkable neighborhood with pubs, shops, cafes, and restaurants all within a short walk. MEO a few blocks away on St James's Street is a great spot for breakfast! Excellent communication with the hosts and access was a breeze. We would definitely stay at the Sea Pig again!

We had a fabulous stay at Fiona’s studio! It’s small but beautifully decorated and well-equipped, and was sparkling clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend stay, and the location is amazing, minutes from the seafront, and with so many great places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed being able to walk along the seafront into Brighton, and found a pub with great live music just around the block! Fiona was a fantastic host, communication was great and she was super helpful with local recommendations. Thankyou!!

Natasha's home was very comfortable and quite spacious. It's at the end of a quieter street, so there's hardly any external noise. It's also a short walk to Brighton or Hove, so perfect for visiting both. Check-in and check-out were also super easy.

Wonderful flat in great location! The super kind hosts left us welcome goodies, too! The flat has everything you need, and it was very clean, organized, well-decorated, and comfortable. Lots of natural light and nice design/decor makes the flat feel big. It was a great bonus to have the extra half bath, too. We would definitely stay here again :)

We had a lovely weekend stay in The Flint apartment, it was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and even better than the pictures. The apartment was in a great location to Brighton centre with everything within walking distance, we would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.

Great flat in a quiet square, easy parking on seafront near by and walking distance to the pier etc.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

Excellent central location. Easy to walk to the beach and into town. Lovely cosy flat very well equipped with everything we needed. Host was very friendly and gave great information and recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

What a wonderful stay! Vikki and Mel's place was beautifully decorated with local art and attention to detail. It gave us lots of interior design inspiration for our own home! It was an ideal base to explore Brighton. Kemptown is a great area with quirky shops and lovely places to eat and drink. Having the beach a short stroll away was a treat and we enjoyed a morning dip. The property had everything we needed from kitchen amenities to a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. Vikki and Mel were excellent hosts - really proactive and responsive, they clearly cared a lot about us having an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be booking a stay with them again!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the city centre. Short walk to various shops and restaurants and around a 25 minute walk to the beach. Clean and well equipped flat. Hosts were very proactive with check in information and responsive to any questions we had. My wife and I stayed for the Brighton marathon, the flat is located around a 10 minute walk from the start line - perfect. I would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Ellas place for 4 nights. It was a lovely flat and perfect for what I wanted. Loved her living room, the corner display cabinet, her artwork on the walls, the solar lights outside on the patio and the robin. The flat was perfectly located for me as close to my son’s place which is why I choose it. Ella went above and beyond by opening up her bookings to allow me to also stay on Thursday night which save me having to move into a hotel for one night. This was a bank holiday weekend. I was very grateful.

Fantastic place. The apartment is quiet and in a great location. It was very clean, and you look out the huge windows onto the square and the sea. We had some great meals at Halisco, a few steps away on Preston Street. I also recommend the bakery Bliss, also on Preston. A few steps in the other direction is the Hole in the Wall pub, which is friendly and has a wonderful selection of beers. We had a wonderful time and I hope to stay there again!

Great location in the heart of Brighton. The apartment is very stylish with great art work and personality. A lovely space.

I lived in the flat for 8 months and loved every minute of it. Such a wonderful flat perfect for a quick or long stay in Brighton. Has everything you need and just a short walk to shops, the city center, the train, busses, pubs, etc. The location is perfect, close enough to town to be able to pop in but far enough outside that it's very quiet. And the biggest bonus in Brighton: no giant hill! Ben was always super quick to respond and very proactive about any maintenance (which was only maybe once or twice my whole stay). The neighbors are all friendly and the area is very safe. I had no issues with mold or damp(another win in Brighton), and the heating was all very easy to navigate. I lived alone so this wasn't a problem for me but you can't run the kitchen tap and shower at the same time. But that's literally the only thing I can think of. The patio is another INCREDIBLE feature and its fabulous on a sunny morning. Thank you so much and I WILL be staying here again when I'm in town.

Light bright spacious flat with retro feel, conveniently located opposite Hove station & within easy walking distance to central Brighton. Perfect for a weekend catch up with friends.

Excellent location right on the front near the i360. Easy access to the prom and the beach (though a bit too windy and wet whilst we were there). Flat was well appointed, with plenty of room for four adults. Spotlessly clean on arrival, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of tech (TV, soundbar, streaming services, etc.). Excellent views out to sea from the lounge area and balcony. Bedrooms were quiet, comfortable and relaxing, with comfy beds. Bathrooms were as expected, with both an ensuite and a main bathroom. The lift was very welcome, though there were also stairs for those who wanted to exert themselves. Less than ten minute's walk to the Odeon, the cosmopolitan cuisine of Preston Road and the main shopping areas, only twenty minutes to the Lanes, the station and the Pavilion. The host and their agents were attentive and responsive with any issues we had. Overall, as described, and definitely worth a second visit!

Katherine’s place was lovely. The views were amazing and we had so much fun there. The place was also well situated and we felt safe throughout our stay at Brighton. The kitchen was also well equipped and we managed to cook soup which was nice for the weather. Highly recommend staying at the location. Just do take note that there are steps to the apartment :)
