Within walking distance there is a Joker shop, hairdresser, Cricket K, restaurant, swimming area, school with playground and football field. A rolling ski slope of about 1 km and ski slopes of 2, 3, 5, and 10 km. Children's ski slope with a lift right nearby. The place is located 1/2 hour from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord. Støga - Pizza restaurant and pub nearby. They are open Friday through Sunday from 2 pm until about 11 pm.

At our place you can wake up to a view of the young horses or take a walk up into our woods. Maybe you'll stumble upon the old copper mine up in the woods? Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.
