Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Hrazdan

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

I had an amazing stay! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect, I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

Nariné's place was really good ! we were 4, the rooms were good, the appartment had a stunning view on Mount Ararat and really 2 minutes from Cascade. Nariné was also a great host, very helpful and responsive!

Gagik was an incredible host from start to finish. He was always simply a call or text away and would message me how his guests are doing, if they need anything extra, a second set of keys, etc. He was an incredible host to my extended family. His house (more like mansion) is absolutely stunning & has insane amenities (tennis court, huge indoor pool, sauna room, steam room, jacuzzi, etc). My family loved coming back to the house and relaxing after a hot day in Yerevan. Thank you so much for making their first visit to Armenia so lovely and memorable.

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

Wow. What a place. The pictures are not giving the place enough. It is way prettier in reality. Very helpful host, welcomed us with ice cream and cake. Also, the place has big garden outside and BBQ area. It was cold even in the middle of the summer when we visited. Such relaxing and wonderful place. Thanks really for having us and being so welcoming. We will come again inshalla.

I’ve been here with my team for the corporate retreat. The villa was a perfect place for us. Clean, fully equipped like a good hotel. Stunning view and great host.

Great service Wonderful location

A great place for both a private holiday and for exploring Yerevan and the surrounding area. You can reach the center in 15 minutes by taxi. The house has a large and clean swimming pool, a comfortable grill area, the sauna works well. Five rooms can accommodate a large number of guests. Balconies have lovely views of the city. In general, the house has everything you need, and the host is friendly and ready to help in any situation. From what could be improved: one bathroom was damaged by a faucet and water was not regulated in the shower. Also, there are not enough thicker curtains - after sunrise, there is a lot of light in the bedrooms, you need masks for sleeping.

Hello, I would like to thank Mr. Ardavaz because the whole villa was very good, clean and tidy. All facilities for comfort and relaxation were available. Very clean swimming pool, good and big barbecue and ping pong table, large and carpeted jacuzzi. Very clean and many sleeping facilities. There were 12 of us and we didn't feel any shortage. I recommend Mr. Ardavaz's villa to everyone. Ardavaz is a good-hearted, kind and hospitable man with good manners. Thanks again to them.

We had a pleasant stay in this villa. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our host Zaruhi. The villa is beautiful and impeccably clean. We highly recommend this villa!

The house looked exactly as it was described and showed on photos. It is huge, new, with beautiful design and great amenities (big swimming pool with heating, sauna, outdoor kitchen and BBQ place). The area is peaceful and quite with s beautiful view, however it is easy to access it from the center with about 15 minutes ride. We fully enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not so comfortable is that we came at 15:00 pm but cleaning was actually finished at 16:00 pm. But there were long stay guests before us so they probably needed extra time to clean the whole building. It would be nice to be warned about that though.

Vahe’s property was absolute perfect!! They helped us tell our taxi drivers how to get there, met us upon arrival, and had everyone ready for us. The house is lovely and in a beautiful location. We are already planning to come back next year!

Beautiful cabin, with unforgettable memories to be had. You are only a short drive away to the ski resort. The cabin was in perfect condition, highly recommend. Vahe is a very nice host and always responsive.

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights while visiting Armenia (mid December) was exactly what we were looking for, a private and peaceful hut with all amenities you could ask for. Vahe the host was easy to contact and met us on arrival to show us around. The hut itself was cosy but spacious, there was only two of us but would be perfect for another couple had we came with others. The location is perfect for traveling to see lake sevan and further afield. The hot tub was ideal and was more than hot enough to sit in -11 and be comfortable. The rest of the garden (fire pit, bbq and seating area) we didn't utilise due to the cold weather but would be amazing in the summer. Added bonus for us there was a lovely dog that came and visited the hut, I appreciate that may not be everyone's ideal situation. All in all I couldn't fault anything here, apart from some building work in the area but that cannot be controlled by the host. 10/10 for me!

Everything was good. There was a little problem with jacuzzi but manager solved it pretty quickly.
