If you don't mind walking, there is a local market about 1 kilometer away from the condo, so it's worth a visit every time you get tired of Central.The accommodation is equipped with the necessary items to make sure you don't feel uncomfortable, and it feels well-maintained, so it would be good for long stays.I was grateful that the host always responded quickly and was kind.I recommend it to those coming to Chiang Mai.

Great stay at Kate's apartment. The place was exactly like the photos, and we appreciated the small touches around the place. Very happy with our stay here.

I had a comfortable stay for a month. However, the drainage wasn't good after taking a shower, so I always had to wipe the floor with a towel. I don't think the drainage is a problem with the accommodation, but with the building. I didn't say anything. But the rest was quiet and comfortable enough to want to use it again next time.
