The apartment is very spacious, there were 6 of us and we loved it, very clean, comfortable, they waited for us with some chocolates that made a difference. In San Pedro it was very quiet, very close there are several places to eat of very good quality. I went with my grandparents and they slept peacefully, without noise, and the shower water comes out very hot, something that I always notice! They also had towels, blankets, clean sheets, a well-equipped kitchen, we didn't lack anything. Thank you very much Carolina

Very good stay, Marlene welcomed us in a friendly way and explained everything in detail. Very good layout. The apartment has a very good location, around a beautiful neighborhood, with various restaurants, close to a shopping center and supermarket. This one complies with the description, very clean, scented and tidy. Also, clean sheets and towels. The only thing I would suggest, since we are in the fall/winter season and the temperatures are low, is to add another heater. Thank you very much Marlene! Without a doubt, if I return to Concepcion, I would stay in this apartment again :)

We really liked the place, everything was very clean, tidy and with everything you need in terms of amenities. But what we liked the most was the atmosphere of the building, very pet friendly, it has a large space with green areas and the community respects the care and responsibilities that each owner of their pets must have. As a traveler who always tries to go with my dog, I really liked that my pet could also have a comfortable and pleasant space.

Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they p***k their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

This place was perfect for us! We loved everything about it, but mainly the amazing view and the peaceful, relaxing vibe. Host was friendly and responsive, greqt communication all around. We are definitely coming back! :)

Excellent cabin for 2 people, clean and tidy, the area is quiet and easy to get to, Sara gave us very clear instructions to enter and was always available for any questions.
