Stylish villa 110 sqm in a quiet area close to the forest & nature. 10-15 minutes by car to the City and about 50 minutes by public transport. Large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and sofa set, wood-fired sauna and year-round wood-fired/electric heated hot tub. Office/guest room with sofa bed 160. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with a 90 bed in one room and a 180 bed in the master bedroom. There's also another 90 bed to put out in the bedroom you want to sleep in Outbuilding on the property but nothing that disturbs Locked walk-in in the master bedroom

Private cottage with room for 1-3 people. Sofa and small dining area and small kitchenette with microwave, stovetop and refrigerator. Small shower and toilet. The whole cabin is 15 sqm. The cottage is located on a villa plot with a protected location. Parking space on premises. TV screen with Chromecast. The bed is 120 cm wide and the upper bunk is 90 cm. About a 4-minute walk to the bus stop. Bus to Huddinge C about 10 minutes, then about 15 minutes by commuter train to Stockholm. Bus to Södertörn University/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 minutes.

Only shower during the summer. Maximum space for 2 people.

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

Lägenhet byggd 2023 i en egen del av villan! Tar emot 2 vuxna, och ett barn. Stort badrum på 10 kvm, med bastu, badkar, dusch, wc och handfat. Rum på ca 20 kvm med en dubbelsäng. Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Bed linens & towels included. TV (chromecast) is added recently. It is located in a quiet villa area, close to a lake and forest. Easy access to public transport, bus stop is just a few hundred meters away, it takes approx 20-30 min to the city. Easy connection to Arlanda airport. Self-check in.
