This place is amazing I can’t say enough good things about it. The property was spotlessly clean tastefully decorated comfy beds lovely bathrooms. Tracy has done everything to make sure it’s like a home from home and that’s exactly the way it felt from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed and the welcome basket was a lovely thought. The back of the property has beautiful views with nice seating we even spotted a dolphin one afternoon it was so peaceful and relaxing and we used the pool most days. The area is quiet and we felt very safe Hudson is easy to get around everything seems to be on one straight road either way, there’s a Walmart minutes away and down town port st Richie just a few minutes drive. Homosassa springs was about 35min drive and well worth a visit. We ate at Catches restaurant just a few minutes drive away which had good food and cocktails. So the property is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.

This place is very nice and cozy love that it’s on the water it’s beautiful and the golf cart is an amazing touch , the host is very nice and very accommodating

Amber’s place was exactly what we needed for our week away! Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the kayaking in the canal and just sitting on the deck fishing or lounging about. Amber was also very supportive and responsive when we ran into issues, I highly suggest staying here!

My family of 5 and I had an absolutely amazing stay in this home. Everyone slept very comfortably and had the kids had an amazing time in the pool. It was a perfect size pool for the kids. Jason was very kind and more than helpful. One example is that we were under the impression that a pack and play was available on site and when we arrived unfortunately unbeknownst to Jason a previous guest had stolen it. Jason had a brand new delivered to the home with in 30 mins. I have nothing negative to say about this host and his home. We would definitely stay again if in that area.

4 of us stayed at Logan’s place and it was just what we needed for one night! It was clean and open enough to fit all four of us and our luggage.

We (2 adults, 2 kids 4 and 8 years) had a brilliant week at Gerson’s place, and didn’t want to leave! The heated pool is fantastic and we loved fishing and kayaking off the dock. We had bbqs in the backyard and the indoors was spacious and clean. Around the area there was lots to do, we went to Crystal River, Honeymoon Island, Tampa Bay Rays Baseball and Tarpon Springs, and there was a lot more available. Sam’s restaurant 1km away on the seafront was brilliant at sunset, with great food and dolphins swimming by. We’d love to come back! It’s a special place.

Great little spot! This is the second time I come and stay here because the price and location is hard to beat.. we saw baby dolphin jumping right behind the house at sunset time, manatee, and along the river there were otters and deer and just so much beauty! Staying here is one of the easiest ways to see the Weekiwachee River. It has everything you need: AC beds with clean linens, clean kitchen and bathroom. Be sure to be prepared to share the outside area though! There is another rental above and the yard is a shared space (something I forgot all about.) Everyone we encountered from above was very nice. Also noticed the kayaks were upgraded since my last visit! Wonderful weekend all in all. Will be back.

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

We will stay here again when in the Brooksville area. Such an amazing historic place. The stairs are steep, so if you are not confident on your feet you might want a different place. The neighborhood is excellent and quiet. Walk to restaurants. Very clean. We love this place. I could live here. Wide open space, lots of little extras like snacks and coffee. Great value for the money.

I stayed at Jeremy's for about a week and had a great experience! The property is just as it is described, and the keyless entry is easy. I picked it for the location as I have family that lives nearby and I was able to walk down the Pinellas trail which is just about a block away. As for food, I found a nice cafe around the corner (Wildflower) which is really good. The property is super clean, nice kitchen, and comfy bed. Excellent communication with Jeremy/Mia. I would definitely stay here again!

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

The condo/apartment was nice. It was clean. It match the description. The other residents were friendly. It was not very noisy from local traffic. Mark was very responsive. We didn't need the local lady for anything.

This was a great weekend getaway for me and my family. The place was great and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Plus we got to bring our fur baby so no one was left out.

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Our stay at Alan's place was absolutely fantastic! Alan was incredibly responsive and helpful. The condo was perfect for our weekend golf tournament. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Awesome view and wonderful host. Easy to find and easy access check in. Will return again.
