Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. We live on a quiet and pleasant dead end street. The views of the Catskills & gardens are awesome. Located near Hunter Mountain Festivals, Woodstock & Katterskill Falls.

Come relax and enjoy the whole house with this listing. We live in a beautiful quiet Amish community. Lots of space to enjoy on our 8 acres of property. Enjoy having your morning coffee on our front porch. We have a small barn with goats and chickens that love attention. During the winter months we do not have the farm animals at the farm. We are 11 miles from Brookfield, 22 miles from Cooperstown, 23 miles from Hamilton College, 22 miles from New Hartford/Utica area.
