Villa holiday rentals in Hudson River

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home!! Her place is SPOTLESS and cozy. Simone’s instructions to get there were perfect. Everything is well labeled (like which switches do what), USB ports on bedroom lamps., binder with check in/check out info. Couch is 10/10 for post-ski nap, beds and linens are super comfortable. Kitchen items look brand new. Shower pressure is also 10/10 There is a shuttle that takes you to the resort with a stop in this neighborhood (5-10 min walk), but uphill so with kids and ski gear we drove to resort each day (2-3 min drive). The houses in the neighborhood are spaced out so you don’t feel like you are right on top of someone but also aren’t completely secluded in the wilderness. We stayed Presidents’ Day weekend and skied Lincoln Peak. The lift lines moved quickly and didn’t feel overly crowded. This rental was priced higher than other rentals we considered, but based on pristine condition and ease of our stay it was worth it!!!

We loved this house! It was extremely clean, with sheets and towels that looked brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Entering the house was super easy. It was so peaceful, with a beautiful view to enjoy. We’d definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for a month and we had a fantastic stay. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and easy to work in. The property is so peaceful and serene. We spent most of our time by and in the pool and it was so relaxing. Summer was an amazing host, always responding within just a few minutes.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have privacy as well as spend lots of time in the common areas together cooking, playing games and enjoying the spectacular view. The home is well appointed with everything you need. Hope to stay here again! Thank you so much.

Cleanliness and Location is what our main focus is in when we were looking for a place in New York! This place had it ! We understand why all the reviews talked about the house conditions and repairs but that did not bother us one bit! Also it’s a beautiful home and when I tell you clean ! Our Valentine’s get away was great. We were upgraded to a lakefront cabin and it was amazing! Communication with our host(s) was very quick. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. All instructions were clear and vey user friendly. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

We had a great time at the airbnb. The house is beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. The location is great - easy drive from NYC to get out into nature and take a break from the city. Robin was a fantastic host - very communicative and responsive, provided plenty of guidance on what to do in the area. Hope to be able to come again soon.

This was an absolute dream of a property. They have thought of absolutely everything to make you not have to leave to enjoy your time. There were endless amounts of things for our kids and family to do in the home and on the property’s lake front. This truly felt like a peaceful relaxing vacation which is just what we needed. We would have driven double the distance (already almost 3 hours away from us) because we loved being there so much. We cannot wait to come back now that we’ve found a little peace of heaven here. Overall we had great experience at the house. The inner decorations were cozy and comfortable, and the design was awesome! The host was responsive when the new door lock had some issues. 100% recommend staying at this house!

Everything was absolutely amazing. We felt at home the entire stay and had everything we needed. Carl was really easy to work with. I mistakenly booked the trip a day shorter than needed. At the last minute I realized my mistake and Carl was quick to respond that adding an extra day was no problem. The system had a problem though allowing me to book an overnight stay on the same day I “checked out,” but Carl worked back and forth with me and with AirBnb help until I was finally able to book that extra night. Carl remained professional, calm, and polite, even though I know that was probably stressful and a pain to deal with. The problem was 100% on me, but he helped to fix it with such grace. I really appreciate the professionalism. I highly recommend both Carl and this specific rental. Thank you!

Great stay- so nice to be so close to okemo which made skiing really seamless. The house matched the pics perfectly. Kids had a good bunk room and the 3 adult couples all had their own rooms with en suite bathrooms. The hot tub on the upper deck was a nice bonus. Easy in and out, and Nicholas was very easy to communicate with. We had one minor hiccup with the fridge but Nicholas was responsive and accommodating. Thanks for the great weekend away.

Great setting, lots of beautiful areas to explore, and very private. Paula was a great host, and also gave great local recommendations.

It was spectacular house, beautifully maintained, and restored to its historic beauty. Lake George is beautiful and the village of Bolton Landing is charming. Plenty of room for 11 of us to make meals and have fun together. My only complaint was that it was in the middle of a construction site – with noisy machinery and workers all around the house. Sunday was quiet. However, we tried to focus on the beauty of it – and Kim, the hostess, did everything she could to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend the house – just check on the status of the construction first.

This place was beautiful! Soooo many amenities, space, and had everything we needed plus more! Everything was so clean and labeled with clear instructions. The Hot tub, movie room, and blackstone grill with the outdoor fire place made for great bonding and relaxation for our group. Every part of the house had great details. The Sonos speaker and led lights created the perfect vibe! Craig was very helpful and accommodating! I have been recommending this place to other friends and family already! Will be posting a full review on TikTok. I loved this Airbnb and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything Craig!

The house was very comfortable for 13 of us. It is in a very small town with nothing to do but it is close enough to drive where you need to. It has beautiful views and very peaceful surroundings.

Lovely home for family and friends to stay together and enjoy puzzle time, meals and time away - easy access to many towns and restaurants etc. Great communication by host and property managers onsite.

We had an excellent experience… best way for our family to spend summer vacation. The home was a perfect fit for all 6 of us in terms of space and layout. We enjoyed the porch, pool , lake and all town had to offer. We will be back. Thank you, Michelle for being an excellent host !!!

4.5 stars This is a lakefront, standalone villa with a deck and chairs right over the water and incredible views from the living area. It was very clean and we loved starting and ending our days on the deck. This villa is at the edge of the property and feels nice and private. Unfortunately, the property next door has what sounds like a large pump right outside the bedroom window. The pump turned on/off every few minutes throughout the night, so if you are a light sleeper this may be tough for you.

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

We’ve stayed in many places over the years (domestic & international)…this may be the best place we’ve stayed in. Paul was fantastic - super friendly, extremely responsive and very helpful. I can’t recommend this property enough - the house itself is beautiful and spacious…plenty of (comfortable) seating throughout the house…bedrooms are big with king size beds…just an awesome experience all around. We were there for a college graduation - this property was absolutely ideal for big family get-aways/celebrations.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Jenna’s over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was even better than the pictures, if that’s possible. Very clean, and beautifully presentable. Everything was clean and ready for us, and Jenna had genuinely everything we could have possibly needed. Jenna was extremely communicative even leading up to our stay. Hope to stay again sometime soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional home that exceeded all my expectations. The house was clean and well-kept. It felt like stepping into a brand new space. The backyard is a standout feature, offering a fantastic oasis for families. The pool is perfect for kids, Additionally, there's a well-equipped playground that kept the little ones entertained, along with a variety of toys that made it feel like a true home away from home. The office space was a welcomed surprise. It features a comfortable desk and ample natural light Overall, this house is a gem, perfectly blending comfort, fun, and functionality.
