There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

Tu familia lo tendrá todo cerca en este alojamiento situado en pleno centro de la provincia de Murcia. La vivienda está en un primer piso y es muy luminosa. Frente a la casa hay un antiguo lavador (gran acequia donde antiguamente se juntaban las mujeres para lavar la ropa). Librilla está a 15 minutos de la ciudad de Murcia, 30 minutos de la playa de Mazarrón y muy cerca del parque natural de Sierra Espuña. Hay bar/cafetería y tienda a unos 100 metros. La parada de autobús está junto a la casa.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
