1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. We are on the shores of the reservoir, surrounded by beautiful nature, next to the French border, by the port of El Portalet.

It consists of a bedroom with a double bed with a bathroom that is accessed from the bedroom and a loft that opens onto the living room with two small beds. The house is located in a quiet and small Pyrenean village of 45 inhabitants and in which there are no services or shops. Jaca, the nearest city, is 20 minutes away by car.
