The area offers great cross country trails where you don't have to stand in line in the winter. In the summer you will find great hikes just outside the cabin, and fishing opportunities nearby Family park Hunderfossen and Lilleputthammer are also located in Øyer

Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.

The cabin has two bedrooms, both with double bed (160 and 150 cm width) and dresser. There are also 2 extra mattresses(75 x200cm)Living room with a fireplace and kitchenette, bath with shower cubicle, and a spacious hallway. Cabin with a fantastic view. The breathtaking landscape can be enjoyed all year round, with plenty of opportunity to experience the beauties of nature and wildlife. Here, free-range sheep roam from May to September, and with a little luck you can also see moose. From the cabin, there are paths to Høgkampen and Spåtind, and there is the option of dog sledding during winter. The surrounding lakes and rivers offer good fishing spots and there is also the possibility of horseback riding on Spåtind.

The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.
