Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

A tasteful little cottage with doublebed in a sleeping room and up to five madrasses on a spacy loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice life at the countryside. Trampolin, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, i e we will be neighbours during your stay. Slappna av och njut i detta unika och nybyggda boende (2023) vid vägs ände i djupaste skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till vilsamma stunder att se på djur och natur genom de stora fönstren, till gemensam matlagning vid spisen, insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter.
