This stylish apartment of about 50 m² is located in the attic of a two-family house in the port city of Sassnitz – a charming place on Rügen's east coast. Sassnitz is located directly on the famous chalk coast and offers a historic old town, a fishing port and close proximity to the Jasmund National Park – an ideal starting point for a variety of explorations. Those who live here enjoy the quiet location and at the same time have many of the most beautiful sides of the island close by.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

This modern furnished vacation home offers enough space for 8 guests. Here you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, sauna and fireplace. One of the bedrooms has its own dressing room as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, the kitchen, living room and dining area form a spacious unit. The materials are modern and beautiful. Wi-Fi gives you access to the Internet at any time. The Bodden is about 200 m away and the open sea is 14 km away.

From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
