The house is located in a very quiet place in a rural area which is , 15 minutes from Palmas del Mar, 10 minutes from the highway and 15 minutes from the Cocal Beach. The house has an overlooking view of the beautiful Yabucoa Valley and close to places of interest such as the nature reserve Punta Mare in Yabucoa and Humacao Nature Reserve among others. We have a gated pool shared by our community that you can enjoy as well. There are many restaurant and beaches within the gated community to enjoy and we are happy to share our favorite recommendations both near and far! *Please note that the exterior of the building is currently under extreme construction by the HOA. It will often be loud!

TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
