Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

The Legacy Suite

Enjoy a modern in‑law suite in South Huntsville. The suite occupies the entire basement floor with no shared interior spaces and a private entrance. My family lives on the main floor. The space is cozy, comfortable, and close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment—great for work or relaxation. We have two friendly dogs upstairs who do not access the suite, but if you fear dogs, this may not be the best fit.
