Incredible 3 bedroom River Paradise! Amazing three bedroom, 2500 sq. ft home with a wrap- around deck overlooking the river with breathtaking views. The home is stunning with an enormous living room and bedroom suite. Nestled in the woods on 7 acres, you will feel as if you are in a tree house! There is a bridge and trails that lead down to the river. There is also a gazebo and fire area on site. Airbnb no longer allows hosts to allow parties or large gatherings of more than 16 people.

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

Cozy Cottage on the River

Situated on 20 acres, Little Pine Farms is a serene retreat from the city. The property boasts over 700' of frontage on the Bogue Falaya River, a sandy beach, and winding paths through the woods. You will not believe that you're only 7 minutes from the heart of downtown Covington. Built in 2023, the cabin has everything you need, nothing you don't. The Lily Pad is located on a 34 acre homestead/farm. This sweet tiny home faces a quaint pond (seasonally the pond is shallow and less visible) with beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding it. The well lit space is perfect for almost any occasion. A quick getaway, a peaceful space to practice your art form, or a lovely place to unwind and recharge. This thoughtful space has two lofted bedrooms (not totally private from the rest of the tiny house). A cook friendly kitchen!

4 bedroom, 4 bathroom private residence with high ceilings, wood beams and spacious rooms on a 100 acre animal rescue farm. Located just 1 mile from the Village of Folsom where all essentials can be found. Numerous horse show venues are located nearby. We are approx 1 hr from New Orleans, 1 hr from Baton Rouge and 30 min from Hammond. Short term, self-service horse boarding may be available for an additional fee.
