Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The Danube Cycle Path is 5 km and Lake Constance (Friedrichshafen) 80 km. Ulm with its many attractions is 20 km away and Biberach 25 km.

The spacious apartment offers everything you need for a short or longer stay. The bakery in Baustetten is within walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found in Laupheim, just a 5-minute drive away. Ulm can be reached in approximately 15-20 minutes via the B30.

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a beautiful bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and the city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. City center 15 minutes on foot. Private access to the backyard.

In just 10 minutes you can reach the center of Ulm by public transport or cycle to the Donautal industrial area in just a few minutes. The high-quality equipment in the newly renovated apartment and the large sun terrace invite you to a relaxing stay. We are located just down the Danube bike path and close to Legoland.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

A friendly, open-plan living and sleeping area with kitchenette, dining table and separate desk invites you to relax. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
