This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Parfaitement situé pour explorer les joyaux de la région — Durbuy, Huy, Liège, Namur, Marche, et même Bastogne à moins d’une heure — le gîte offre un équilibre subtil entre accessibilité et déconnexion. Ici, on pose ses valises facilement, et on part à la découverte en toute liberté.

Appartement situé dans un hameau calme et paisible à 15 minutes de Dinant et de Namur, pas de voisin. L'appartement se trouve dans une ancienne maison type maison de maître entouré d'un parc avec des moutons . L'appartement dispose d'une chambre avec deux lits, pouvant accueillir 3 personnes au total (un lit double et un lit simple). Cuisine équipée avec frigo, four, four micro-ondes, taque vitrocéramique. Grand salon avec petite télévision par câble, bureau. Wi-fi gratuit.

Le refuge contemporain à la campagne

The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.05 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.

Studio de 30m2 très lumineux entièrement rénové fin 2021 avec balcon. Nous l’avons pensé comme nous souhaiterions être reçus 😉 Café, thé, biscuit…et même une petite bière à l’occasion ! Il se situe au 2étage d'une maison située à 2min à pieds de la gare des Guillemins (idéal si vous venez en train!) où vous pourrez profiter d'une véritable vie de quartier tout en étant proche de tous les transports et du centre-ville.
