Approx. 20 min by car to Fredrikstad city center and Skjærhalden

Enjoy lazy summer days in idyllic Utgårdskilen. Utgårdskilen is Hvaler's largest fishing port and also offers several swimming opportunities and a fantastic archipelago landscape. The cabin has lake views and sun from morning to evening, and is very undisturbed. There is a short distance to bathing areas and great outdoor areas with the coastal path on Hvaler right nearby. The cabin has three bedrooms and six beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The cabin has no running water and sewage, but cistern water in the kitchen and bathroom.

Experience a unique cottage plot of over 1300 sqm on Hvaler. Enjoy the sun right by the water, whether you want to sit on the terrace, the jetty or the beach. Explore the surrounding area by water and on foot in the beautiful surroundings. Kayaks, paddleboards (SUP) and rowboats are available for guests. Play volleyball on your own beach, eat out in one of the dining areas, read a book on the jetty or jump from the diving tower and swim a lap. Spend time with your family, relax and enjoy some relaxing days all to yourselves.

Holiday apartment by the lake, Hvaler

From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boats for a fee (guests must check for availability) This is an excellent starting point for paddling, surfing or other water sports activities. Ytre Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a cozy cabin located on Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while you get a taste of boating. Bua is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who are vacationing in their boats. There are bathing facilities on site with a bathing staircase at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forests, trails and mountains. Slapp av med familie eller venner på denne flotte hytta på Søndre Sandøy. Solrik hytte + anneks. Fantastisk utsikt! En 15 min fergetur fra Skjærhalden ligger den vidunderlige øya Søndre Sandøy. Ca. 20 min å gå ligger hytta herlig plassert på høyden av Røveråsen, noe som gir helt fantastisk utsikt utover fjorden og sundet mot Skjærhalden, Kirkøy og Nordre Sandøy, OG førsteklasses solforhold fra morgen til kveld. I hytta er det 2 soverom med 4 sengeplasser, og i annekset er det 4-6 soveplasser.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Velkommen til en romslig og separat leilighet over to etasjer, perfekt for familier eller små grupper. Innsjekking med nøkkelboks og privat parkering. Tre soverom med totalt 5 sengeplasser og en hyggelig stue i andre etasje. I første etasje finner du fullt utstyrt kjøkken og eget bad, med utgang til privat hage med nydelig utsikt – perfekt for rolige morgener og lange sommerkvelder. Kun 100 meter til turstier, sjø, bading og fisking, samt fotball- og volleyballbane i nærheten.

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Koselig lite feriehus på Spjærøy på Hvaler. Bryggerhuset er en del av et gammelt småbruk og vertskap bor selv i hovedhuset. Her kan man nyte stille og rolig dager i hagen, eller ta seg en tur til sjøen. Både Spjærekilen med gode bademuligheter og Kjellvika ligger i gangavstand. Generelt gode turmuligheter. Enten man ønsker å nyte de stille dagene eller ønsker å utforske Hvaler er dette en fin base. Butikker ca 5 km unna. Hos oss bor det 7 glade høner som delvis går fritt.

Koselig anneks i boligtun på Skjærhalden

Vi leier ut annekset vårt til rolige mennesker som vil besøke Skjærhalden med sin sjarm og flotte natur. Med nærhet til sjøen og Skjærhaldens fasiliteter kan man fint oppleve Hvaler med all sin prakt og sjarm. Nærhet til torget på Skjærhalden gjør at man kan tusle ned til liv og røre nå når sesongen ute ved havet starter igjen til påske. Annekset ligger på et boligtun, med tilhørende uteplass og grill/utemøblement. Passer til rolige folk, ikke røyk eller fest.

Great guest house/annex only 30 meters from the sea. Great bathing opportunities, road all the way up. 10/15 min to shops and restaurants in Skjærhalden. The guest house consists of a mini kitchen, dining area for 4 people. Loft with 3 mattresses and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Possibility to borrow laundry room located in the guest house with own entrance. Private patio outside the annex. Good sun conditions.

Stor stue med åpen kjøkkenløsning. Meget solrik og skjermet.Parkering på eiendommen. Tre soverom, en med 180cm seng, ett rom med køyeseng (2 soveplasser) og rom med 120 cm seng. Ikke innlagt vann på hytta. Vann tilgjengelig fra cisterne som fylles opp av regn. Drikkevann tilgjengelig i hytta. Cinderella forbrenningtoalett. For barna: Trampoline, sandkasse , egen trehytte med sklie, zip line. Husk å ha med eget sengetøy/håndkle.
