Ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, spacious living room and a lovely yard with jacuzzi. Stairs take you to the first floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. On the second floor you can find bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a terrace with a fantastic view on city center, sea and beautiful archipelago.

You can reach the beautiful old town of Hvar and its lovely sights by making a 10 minute walk over the promenade and enjoying the weather.

It is an approx. 300 year old stone house, lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open floor, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors. In the garden are orange, lemon, pomegranate and almond tree and another seating area. On the large terrace is a brick barbecue. From the parking lot to the house about 150 m.
