Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hveragerði

Difficult to fault, had a huge range of things for our stay such as cutlery tableware towels etc. very spacious, clean and in a very peaceful area. A little bit out of Reykjavik but that's what we wanted, easy to navigate to and from for sightseeing in the car. Could only get the TV to turn on, couldn't change the volume or channel, probably because i'm too old!. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting the area.

Zeer fijn verblijf op een mooie centrale locatie bij Reykjavik, 10 minuten zit je in het centrum, en 10 minuten zit je ook op de ringweg. Vanaf luchthalen zeer goed bereikbaar en eenvoudig te vinden. Accomodatie is simpelweg perfect, zeer luxe, knus en super netjes. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, badkamer is compleet, slapen is heerlijk en rustig, weinig tot eigenlijk geen geluid. Woongedeelte is echt heel leuk ingericht en de televisie (alhoewel weinig tot niet gebruikt), is ook perfect. Zeer, zeer tevreden ik zou iedereen aanbevelen om hier te verblijven. De host Sara is bereikbaar en behulpzaam. 5/5, de volgende keer zal ik zeker weer hier verblijven.

My husband and I had a great stay here. The place was very comfortable and we appreciated having a washer and a well equipped kitchen. Being close to grocery stores was great and the area is very walkable. We did rent a car to go exploring and was able to park right in front of the airbnb. My favourite was the view of the mountain from the window! Thanks for a great stay :)

El departamento es hermoso y muy amplio, tiene balcón y todas las facilidades. El edificio es súper moderno también.

Had a great stay. Location is convenient to bus stop 14 and 6 for tour pick ups. We were able to walk all around the city easily from the apartment. Jon was easy to work with and communication was great. Look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed staying at Ragnar's place. It was exactly as pictured and was great for getting around to all the sites. Ragnar is very kind and helped us when we had something go wrong. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed and the bathroom was very big and clean.

Hermoso apartamento con una excelente ubicación, disfrutamos de un gran espacio con camas cómodas. Silla es muy amable y su esposo también, pudimos saludarlos a los dos. Si tiene la posibilidad de hospedarse en este apartamento, no lo piensen dos veces.

We really loved this Airbnb! Beautiful accommodations, three rooms with attached bathrooms which was very nice. Huge kitchen, beautiful views. Don’t hesitate to book!

We really liked the place and the hot tub...Only problem...We had the window open the second night and there were so many midges coming in....... It has nothing to do with the house but might be good to know... Apart from that we had a very good time.

Great location, close to the golden circle. We were able to see the northern lights right at backyard. The two cats are cute and friendly. Sigmar was very responsive!

I cannot say enough good things about this house. Not only was the home beautiful clean and very warm, but Vera was such a wonderful and communicative host. We traveled with our two-year-old son and she had a crib highchair and literally everything you could think of set up for a toddler so if you have kids, this is absolutely the place to go. There's even a little treehouse with a slide in the back and at night we could sit in the wonderful hot tub and see the northern lights. I would happily stay here again!!

Best experience so far. Literally well equipped like home especially the kitchen. There are various condiments, pasta, tea bags, coffee for use.

We were absolutely amazed when we walk in to the house. Hjordis’s house is even nicer than in to the photos! House was very stylish, clean and cozy and with all little details which were waiting there for us we were really amazed. There were also provided everything you should need during your stay here. Also instructions was very clear so we didn’t have a problem with anything. It was also great location for our shorter Icelandic trip and we catch everything we wanted to see from there.

Wir hatten zu viert einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kristinns hübschem Haus. Super war der HotPot hinter dem Haus mit Blick in die schneebedeckten Bergey Die Kommunikation mit Kristinn verlief problemlos. Nur die Navigation mit den Koordinaten hat nicht so geklappt. Nach einem Telefonat war das Problem schnell gelöst.

The barn house was beautifully built and decorated with spectacular views. The skylight windows were perfect for watching for the northern lights. The kitchen had all the basics and some extras like a nespresso machine and pods. We enjoyed cooking there and using the hot tub. The washer and dryer were super helpful. It was a great launching place for the Golden Circle. Stokkseyri is a cute little town with a great local pool. The turf house across the street was fun to explore as was the beach on the other side of the turf wall. It is very near Bakkahestar for highly recommended Icelandic horse rides with a local couple on the beach in Eyrarbakki. Nearby Selfoss has anything you need including an amazing fish market Fiskbud Suderlands for great prices on fresh caught local fish. Kristinn was very responsive and we loved our stay!

The place was mostly easy to find, check in was a breeze (just take the key from the lockbox), and the three separate, private bedrooms with room darkening shades were just what our group of three women needed after our overnight flight from the states. Host was extraordinarily responsive, even bringing toilet paper over within minutes at midnight when we realized there weren’t any spare rolls. The beds were comfortable, the setting was serene, and watching the sheep and petting their dogs and feeding their horses was the cherry on top! Would absolutely recommend!

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Stadtrand von Reykjavik. Alles was man braucht, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken vor der Tür ist kein Problem.

A perfect spot to crash and/or work with easy access to Reykjavik city and outlying areas. Would absolutely recommend and would look to stay again. Thank you!

Great apartment, great owner

The Airbnb was easily accessible and well equipped with washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There was also a designated parking spot for your vehicle. Magnus was responsive and extremely helpful in answering any queries. Would recommend this place

We loved our stay at Margret's! The location was perfect for all the things we had planned for our time there. Also Margret was proactive and checked in on us when the Icelandic weather was moving in. We appreciated her concern and advice! We would definitely stay there again!

This penthouse was the perfect location for exploring the city. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, the apartment beautifully staged and had every amenity we needed. Hilmar was a wonderful host who provided great recommendations from parking to restaurants. My favorite was Kol located on the ground floor of the same building. Hilmar left very clear instructions on everything we could possibly need and was so kind to offer us a late check-out. When I come back I would love to stay here again!

The apartment was exactly as described and immaculate. But what I liked best was that it was in a tranquil neighborhood with outstanding views across a bay and easy access to downtown. Once I drove downtown, once I walked along the bay and once I took a chance on a scooter (very easy path to follow, but since that was my first ride ever, it was harrowing!). I appreciated that Kjartan made my stay exceptionally easy - most of my questions (what’s the WiFi password, where’s the nearest grocery store, etc) were answered in advance, and then again in a helpful booklet in the apartment. Thank you, Kjartan, for a fantastic stay in Reykjavik!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. we had spent 1 week in different places between Reykjavik and Vik and this was by far the best Airbnb. The location is right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants and very walkable. The Airbnb has a private parking right in front of the entrance and was big enough for our 9 passanger van. The home is beautiful and has everything you could ever need on your stay. The host really put a lot of thought into every little detail. If you are looking at this home and it as available I would book it immediately.
