Family friendly house and garden!

Our old family home is located Hvidovre (suburb 7 km from CPH). The neighbourhood is quiet and enjoyable with a local park just down the road. Public busses are 200m walk away and connect to trains or take you straight to Copenhagen Central Station. You can easily leave your car in our carport. 200 m walk will take you to the local supermarket. Because of the war in Ukraine and to take care of the environment we have closed down the use of gas in the house and use in stead solar energy to heat the water and heat the house with a heat pump. This mean that our tap water is cold, but don't worry you will be able to take a hot shower with the water heated by solar energy. We will give you the easy instructions on how to. The house's central room is a big living room with dining table, grand piano and an open kitchen. There is an additional living room with TV. 2 double bedrooms - 1 with a baby cot. Connected to kitchen/living room is a covered terrace with seating. Great for dinners in good weather or to have a coffee whilst listening to the sound of rain. The garden has a wooden terrace to enjoy the evening sun. According to the season the garden offers produce; Apples, salads, spices and berries - true fun for children. We very much hope you will feel just as home as we do.

A one-story house in Hvidovre, which has been divided into two units. You have about 50 sqm for yourselves with a private entrance and parking right outside the house, and the train is about 500 meters away. The apartment has a large, bright room with a double bed and a smaller room with 2 comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with a washing machine The entrance is very spacious with a sofa The kitchen has a dining area for 3-4 people, a small refrigerator, 2 stove tops, a microwave, an air fryer, a coffee machine, and a toaster. An excellent wooden terrace with table and chairs

Nature oasis in cozy Valby

Natural oasis in Valby. 1st floor of the house. Borders right up to Vigerslevparken and has a large balcony with stunning views. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, guest room/office and bathroom with shower and small bathtub. Accommodates 4 people. The garden is shared with our lovely downstairs neighbors and has all kinds of flowers, a trampoline, and a terrace that is shared with the downstairs neighbors. Please note that the pictures of the balcony are from before we moved. However, the balcony is still furnished, so you can eat out there and sunbathe.

Cozy and presentable allotment garden with Scandinavian character. There are 2 houses of 57 m2 each (114 m2 in total), with a terrace in between. In one house there is a kitchen-living room, living room and toilet and in the other house there is a bedroom, room and bathroom. Cozy private south-facing garden with table, benches and garden chairs. Free parking is available in front of the house. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station and 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train. There is always organic coffee in the house

Large newly-built house only 15 minutes by car from Copenhagen City Hall Square and close to the beach. It is located in a quiet residential area with a beautiful large green park area and good playgrounds just around the corner. The garden has two sunny seating areas, a large older trampoline and small gas grill available. There is 1 bedroom with double bed and 4 children's/guest rooms, of which there is a double sofa bed in 2 of them (one only 120 cm wide). There are 3 TVs in the house. NOTE: No parties or youth groups. Dogs are welcome :)

There are shopping opportunities and a restaurant within 750 meters.

The house easily sleeps 8 persons in 5 seperate rooms. Babycot can be arranged additionally. Public transport takes you to downtown Copenhagen in 15 min, and 10 min walk to the beach and harbor.
