Apartment holiday rentals in Hyde Park, Tampa

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

Great host who responded quickly and was polite in communication, the stay was easy and comfortable, the apartment looked clean and was very nice, very grateful for that, the area where the apartment is located seems quiet and peaceful, hope we will come back here again😊

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

Our stay was nothing but smooth and cozy. We felt right at home with this location and everything was super neat and tidy. Owner is super responsive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place and would book again.

I loved my stay at Ryan's. I was visiting from across the country and it felt like home. When traveling from far away it's hard to not feel out of place when you're staying different places but I felt so comfortable and cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need, living room and tv are comfortable and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE! I would recommend to anyone staying in Tampa. The neighborhood is close to so many things and felt very safe.

Lavoria's place was truly a pleasure to stay at. The location is top notch, being only a few minutes drive from places such as downtown, Hyde Park Village, SoHo and Water Street. It is also a close drive to the beach. There are lots of stores, restaurants and bars that are also walking distance. Parking is included for two vehicles in their back yard which is very private and safe. The unit has a nice patio to relax in upstairs. All the amenities are top notch. Two comfortable bedrooms, a clean and spacious bathroom, a dining room, and a fully equipr living room. The included washer and dryer is a nice touch. The hosts are great at communicating and flexible. I will definitely stay again! Felt like home.

Nikki was an amazing host!!!! couldn’t have had a better host!! we were with my brother in the hospital! nikki checked on everything! the airbnb! towels! sheets! even asked how my brother was doing! the place was perfect! nikki helped to find laundry place to wash our clothes and everything i needed! so blessed to have picked this airbnb and have Nikki as a host!

Definitely a nice cozy place, very clean, and Katherin was very helpful when I had questions. Easy and fun stay for a little vacation. Would definitely book again.

Peter’s place is very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and well decorated, the property is very beautiful. The location is so convenient as it is close to the airport, the plaza, grocery stores and even the Amalie arena, which was perfect since we went to a bolts game. The entrance is also gated so we felt safe during our stay, all in all it’s a great find for those staying in Tampa - Thanks, Peter!

I was taking a course at the epicurean hotel and this was very close, I walked each day (2 days) then this was also very close to GREAT restaurants and the ocean. Perfect location. Quiet.

Stunning building, beautiful views, incredible gym, very clean. You can walk to several restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and one minute to expressway

I had an absolutely amazing time at Hector’s Airbnb! The space had everything I needed and more comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, and the attention to detail made the stay feel just like home. I genuinely have nothing bad to say this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Hector, for being a wonderful host. I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved our 2 night stay. I stayed with my wife and 1 year old and felt right at home. Everything was clean upon arrival and the place had everything we needed. It was nice and quiet and everything was nearby. Demelza was very communicative and was very clear with her instructions. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, responsive owner, super clean and lots of space (bigger than it looks in the pics) We stayed here right before going on a cruise and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The building itself is a little fussy, but thats not the owners fault, as this is primarily an apartment residence. Just pay attention to the detailed parking instructions they give you and points and times of access. Other than that, there’s a Starbucks and dominos right downstairs and of course, close proximity to riverwalk.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

Great host with clear directions and clean apartment. Very clean, safe, walkable neighborhood and a nice luxury building. The 2 bedrooms are not clearly pictured so note that one is a converted storage space of some kind - very small, no windows, curtain instead of door - so I would not necessarily recommend this apt for 2 sets of adults. It would be best for one adult or couple to use the master bedroom and the second room would be better for kids or a single adult.

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

Stayed here as I came into town for a concert. It was the perfect space, very clean and very private. I would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)
