A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Zillernest - Your time out in the Zillertal

With our Zillernest located in the countryside and away from the stress of everyday life, we offer our guests a little break and the opportunity to recharge their batteries. Ideally located at the entrance of the Zillertal, not far from ski resorts and Lake Achensee, it is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, skiing and swimming days. The deposit and local tax are not included in the price. We look forward to seeing great guests and having nice encounters.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Our Köcken farm is in a quiet location, just minutes from the village center. Here you can enjoy a great view of the mountains – perfect for relaxing and restful days surrounded by nature. With its spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere, our farm is ideal for families. Our region offers numerous recreational opportunities: Refreshment in the natural swimming lake, varied hikes and in winter connection to the "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal" ski resort.

With this house, we have met a long-held family space and set it up with a lot of passion. We hope that the homey feeling that we always have here will also be transferred to our guests. In summer, our house is the starting point for walking and swimming at the nearby lake. In winter, the ski resort Reither Kogel is very close (10min walk). With the ski bus or your own car it is about 10 minutes to the ski area Alpbachtal/Wildschönau.

Oberdorf Vacation Rental

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. At the entrance of the Zillertal with a view of the mountains. The property was newly integrated into a farmhouse in 2024 and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room with pull-out sofa bed. In the kitchen, you will find all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking. A dishwasher is also built in and a large dining table is available.

Our country house is located in a very quiet but central location. The ski areas Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen are easily reachable by skibus. In summer we are the ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can reach the first tee of the Uderns golf course on foot. If you prefer water sports, the Achensee offers a varied program!

A new built 33m2 apartment with lake views and easy access to village, lake, ski lifts, cross country skiing trails and hiking trails. Open plan room with king size bed, TV, WIFI, couch, dining table, full size kitchen with oven, hot plate, dishwasher and coffee machine, a spacious bathroom with shower and terrace with outdoor furniture.

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest city in Austria (about 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to do many activities. With me, you get the Alpbachtal Card, which allows you to ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
