"Hotel New Hyokk" An old mixed-use building quietly standing in a corner of the city near Kobe Station. There was a space there that had been abandoned and unused for a long time. At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. This facility is located in an indigo field on a hill overlooking the sea and the sky. The living room has a large window with a panoramic view, allowing you to enjoy the scenery of the four seasons. Up in the loft, there is a bedroom that feels like a secret hideaway with two double beds, where you can spend a quiet time wrapped in soft bedding. The morning sun shines through the small window, and sometimes you can see a rainbow. There is a small kitchen next to the entrance, and it is equipped with basic cooking utensils, so you can easily enjoy cooking for yourself. Outdoors, we rent out a brazier BBQ set and a fire pit (for a fee). Sitting around a fire under the night sky will make your travel memories even more memorable. As a "space wrapped in indigo," we welcome you with indigo-dyed bedding, towels, cushions, curtains, and slippers.
