This charming historic 1850 former fisherman's cottage is in an off road quiet location and less than a 2 minute walk to the promenade & the beach. Swallow Lodge is situated in the countryside on a small yard in Ewell Minnis so plenty of horses! Car required. You may hear some noise in the morning but a peaceful, idillic spot. Plenty of parking, a patio, barbecue and outside seating in a small garden. A well behaved dog is welcome. There is a spa bath so you can create your own bathing experience with lighting, heating and plenty of bubbles and music if you wish. The single beds can be made into an emperor bed please ask if required.
