Monthly Rentals in Ibajay

Riza and her husband Ronald were great hostesses. They went and bought a new fridge and freezer and rice cooker for our stay there. They were very friendly and helpful and very responsive and helpful to our questions and concerns. Recommend places to see and things to do. I would stay here again and would recommend there place to stay in Nabas.

Five stars for everything. Our one-week stay was perfect for our needs. We felt at home right away and we were able to relax. We had lunch overlooking white beach on Boracay on one of the days but otherwise just took time out. The studio apartment is a good size in a modern building and had everything we needed. The air-conditioning is superb, cooking facilities and utensils are relatively new and the fridge/freezer is new with plenty of room. There is hot water in the shower and with good water pressure (make sure the pump is switched on) which gave us the best shower so far in the Philippines. Ana Rose and her team are great hosts and the on-site convenience store had most items we needed with vegetables available just across the road. We had a rental car and were able to park onsite. The view of garden and palm trees is very pleasant. Being in a small village and on the main road we did find it a little noisy at night especially dogs and local karaoke. Highly recommended.

It is a very beautiful and local environment. The facility is good and the host very helpful.
