It was great to get to know the city and stay with Oscar. The infrastructure of the place is very good. Oscar is always attentive to the maintenance of the common areas. It was nice to have a coffee machine for the afternoon coffee. It is very close to the Balneário and the Fonte open to the public.

We like the apartment, very spacious and with many kitchen appliances. The location is very good, has a lot of commerce nearby (market, restaurant, pharmacy). Our check-in was super quiet and flexible. We definitely recommend it
