Villa holiday rentals in İçmeler

We were offered a great stay where we felt like we were at home. Dilek sister and brother Kadir were extremely friendly people. We ran out of tubes and they changed it instantly. The house was spotless. Dilek sister guided us like a guide. The house is in a great location between Datca and Marmaris in the middle of the virgin bays. The only bad thing is that we didn't even want to go out because the house was very pleasant. Without a doubt, it will be our only choice again. Even going to the bays in the village in the morning and just spending time at home is more than enough and enjoyable...

This house is really great for a group holiday, all bedrooms have aircon. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great for the beach and nice bars/restaurants. The street is shady and it is a short walk to the beautiful beach. Supermarkets, bakeries, exchange office are all within 4 minutes walk. The owner is very responsive and she bought a brand new coffee machine just for us. She was also flexible for the check-in and check-out planning. The only point is that there are not shutters or thick curtains in the bedrooms so they get some light in the mornings, no problem if you are not disturbed by light. There is one shady parking and you can also park more cars in front of the house. We really loved our stay, the 4 kittens outside were a lovely bonus!

Defne’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was very clean and beautifully maintained we felt right at home from the start. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with everything within easy reach. Defne was an outstanding host warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. She took great care of us, and we truly didn’t have a single worry. We were completely happy and would come back anytime.

The Villa Hilal we stayed in was very, very nice. All kinds of conveniences ,amenities and comforts were provided to make us comfortable at home. We had a wonderfully comfortable and wonderful holiday with the house and that beautiful pool. We would also like to thank you very much for your hospitality, Mr. Necmettin. It was our most enjoyable holiday. We will go again as soon as possible.

The house is better than the photos. The sea right next to it is wonderful. Ms. Esra immediately took care of the slightest problem and solved it instantly. He was available throughout our trip and was warm in communication. We had a great vacation.

Location is great you have local shops and a taxi base right next to you the villa it self is great nice and spacious and enough room for the 6 of us also the host was very quick to respond and also came around if we was unsure of anything he was a really great host we will definitely be booking this place again when we return

The house was perfect! Spacious with a lovely terrace, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The house has all the tools you need and really feels like home. The host was lovely and warm and helpful in any way. Would definitely come back, also for the nature and beaches in the neighborhood.

Our stay started very well. Mr. Özgür greeted us early in the morning. He explained everything in detail. The house was clean and tidy, the market, cafe, restaurant were very close and the house, which is centrally located, was very useful. We were very pleased.

We had a great stay the villa, it’s in a great location easy to walk to shops and restaurants and far enough to feel private. The pool is great!

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

Ipek was so wonderful, not only proactive and responsive but was able to accommodate my family of 10, with last minute transfer from port, as we had a last minute cancellation from initial transfer. Additionally, she was quick to provide us with answers to many questions and recommendations on different restaurants and services offered in the area. Ipek was very hospitable, super friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed every suggestion and service she provided us. We hope to come back again. Thank you so much iPek :-)

It's the perfect choice if you want a calm and peaceful vacation. Turunc is already a beautiful place. Above a large bluff, you are staying in villas built in harmony with nature among the olive and pine trees. The front is behind the sea with mountain views. Mr. Özcan is everywhere at any time.. The employees are friendly and helpful. Inside the hotel, you move from the beach with golf carts. You can also request by message at any time and they respond quickly.

It was a very clean, comfortable, pleasant and complete villa experience for us. We stayed with ten people and had no difficulty, on the contrary, everything from the toilet to the rooms to the kitchen and pool was spotless and very useful. Everything has been thought out. In nature, walking distance to the sea, it also has a view in a room upstairs. Apart from that, Mr. Hakan was a very kind and thoughtful, caring and helpful host in everything. Turunc is a really sweet and decent place. The sea is great, their place is nice and not expensive, the tradesmen are on their own and helpful. We would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay overall, would definitely come back again for another lengthy stay. :) Pros: -Cleanliness -Spacious and functional -Well equipped (e.g. kitchenware, utensils, beddings, etc.) -Great pool -Responsive and helpful host Cons: -The hotel across the street is unnecessarily and surprisingly loud and annoying. (pretty much every single day of the week) -Living room could use more light fixtures -The balcony/porch on the main floor should have a fence, especially if there are children present.

It offers a peaceful environment. We didn't get to spend a lot of time at home because we had a little sightseeing oriented vacation, but we want to come back and enjoy the house and the pleasant environment at the first opportunity. It also has a creek where you can kayak. What more!

Hello. We stayed in a villa with a pool in Ekincik for 3 days. We stayed in a wonderful, quiet, peaceful, wonderful, clean villa in a wonderful nature that was far above my expectations. Mr. Emrah always supported me with the things that stuck in my mind from the reservation to the check-out, and during the home process when I went. We thank him very much for everything. We went with 3 children, everything was perfect. From now on, I will be in contact with him and recommend him for other houses and this beautiful house.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. The house had everything we might need. I think transportation without a car is impossible, Marmaris is far from the center. You can reach the bays in the Söğüt neighborhood by car in 5 minutes. You will also need a car for the market and other needs. The house, garden and pool are spotless. It was the best house I've ever stayed in through Airbnb:) We thank Ms. Buse, who also helped with activities, bays to visit, boats, etc. :)

Fantastic place, great villa with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances. Great view from bedroom upstairs and pool area. The villa is 2 min walk from the sea and we went for morning and evening swims when the beach is empty. You can walk to the nearest restaurant along the beach and Arda provides great recommendations in Sogut for food and deliveries. Lots of shops around. We will definitely be back as can’t fault the place, we had great time and pool was added bonus. Arda is great host, very responsive if we had any questions. Thank you for fab stay!

We had a holiday in a villa for the first time, but we regretted why we didn't do it before because it was just great, Mr. Hakan was very hospitable, he welcomed us very well, and the care they gave to the villa was magnificent, we were not missing anything, and it was too much, so we were very satisfied, I hope we will go again.
