Fresh air in a quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the edge of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Beautiful lake view with south-facing terrace. The house is about 2 km from the nearest bus stop. The bus journey from Stockholm takes about 50 minutes, going by car takes about 40 minutes. The house is not newly renovated but is suitable for those looking for a simpler home with patina and rustic charm. Welcome out to the Stockholm archipelago!

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycle can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

The area is filled with hiking trails that wind through the forest and only a stone's throw away you will find a beautiful lake – perfect for a cooling dip. Further a bit further away is the sea. In the front of the house there is a small deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. The home is just newly built and equipped with all the modern standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
