A Kent Coach House getaway for peace and quiet

MarkRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay and the accommodation was full of character and really well located for National Trust properties or a trip in to London. Many really good pubs / restaurants not too far away with most being 'Dog Friendly'. Other reviews are 100% correct, "The Scrambled Eggs were excellent", and thank you for making us feel welcome.

Summer House

DanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Being a garden house, the place is simplicity itself, yet has a completeness that is reassuringly well thought out. What sets it apart is the location overlooking a perfect Kentish Weald view. Dark skies and silence broken only by birdsong. Local facilities are perfectly adequate - we had an excellent takeaway pizza from the Goudhurst Inn. Loads to do within half an hour's drive - we explored the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and a number of the smaller local attractions off the beaten track. A great stay, thank you Daniela!

A private country escape with stunning views

KanwaldeepRating, 5 starstoday
Peaceful is an understatement! The view is amazing. The location is in the fields and oh so peaceful. Not a single honk or even a person that I heard of. I slept like a log every night. Absolutely no disturbance. Main roads are 5-6 mins drive which was the best bit. I absolutely would love to come back. The only feedback I'd suggest is a microwave. Sometimes you just wanna stick a plate in which you can't do in an oven. Minor but the garden was lovely. Patio furniture was beautiful. 100% privacy which I loved.

The Dairy Cottage with hot tub & pizza oven

MylesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The stay at this property was perfect! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a large kitchen and open lounge area that is full of character, with a large log burner present. The mezzanine lounge overlooking the level below is a work of art, along with the beamed ceilings throughout. En suite bathrooms is a classy touch, providing added convenience. The garden was generously sized with ample lighting and the large hot tub was an added bonus! The house rules/general info folder was a great touch, providing information on local restaurants and supermarkets. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be booking again!

Greg’s place is a favorite indeed. It’s walking distance from all the places to eat and drink at. Greg’s always available and wonderful to speak with. Second stay in 4 months and looking to come back again soon.

Wow what an incredible stay! Alyson was super lovely and helpful. The space was even better than the photos! Comfy bed, fresh living area, it was just beautiful. Everything was super clean and comfortable. With Alysons recommendations we tried out lots of local pubs and attractions too! We even got to feed the alpacas too which was the perfect end to our stay! Couldn’t recommend enough, would definitely come and stay again 🥰

Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

AlwynRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay. A lovely barn in a very quiet location. The accommodation is cosy and homely with comfortable beds and very well equipped. We greatly appreciated the provision of breakfast items. Susan is an excellent host, very helpful and quick to communicate. The area is lovely with so many places to explore and beautiful walks - we could have easily stayed longer and would love to return!
