If you're lucky, there may be a moose outside the window. You live in between Ludvika and Borlänge. In winter, it is close to Romme Alpin and ski tracks in Gyllbergen's leisure area. In the summer, nature with lakes and the forest is very close.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home next to Lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area there are nice nature trails and swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with a full mattress topper and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible that two people can sleep there.

In the fall you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake you can skate and go for lovely walks. I spent a weekend in the cottage with my two children for a football cup in the area, we also had time for a visit to Leksand summerland. The cottage was inviting, everything was clean and nice, freshly picked flowers on the table and beds made when we arrived. Well-equipped kitchen. Fantastic location right by the water and the veranda under the roof that faced the lake was a favorite. We felt welcome and the host Maria was easy to communicate with. We are very pleased and can highly recommend the accommodation, we will gladly return!

Kenneth is a great host and the house is amazing. It is fresh, peaceful, clean and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is big enough for 3 families and at a perfect distance from Stockholm to explore in and around Dalarna. I appreciate Kenneth’s consideration to ignore one of the toys that was a little damaged by a kid. Will come again!

The key safe was a bit difficult to open, but after a few tries it was possible to get hold of the key. The kitchen is maybe in the smallest team for groups of up to 15 people, but otherwise there is plenty of space and everything we needed for our overnight stay! Thank you!

Maria and Jonas were fantastic hosts, always available, super nice and helpful. The check-in was easy and everything was exactly as described, perfect. The location of the hut by the lake with its own jetty is heavenly. A very special kind of nature experience. It was one of my most beautiful Airbnb experiences! I would love to come back.
