Holiday rentals with a patio in Idukki

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

It was a fantastic and authentic experience. We saw some mace being harvested and my wife was so amazed. Thank you for making the provision of the cooker. We didn't get to use it as luckily the food my wife made and brought was alright when we reached. The stay was very comfortable and the Bhaiyas were very helpful. The caretakers were very good, helpful, and responsive. The images are from the actual place only, but maybe taken a few years earlier coz images show only tea garden around the place. However, in reality, there are other cottages around with tea plantations in between the buildings. Overall, the stay was perfect for my family.

Myself & my kids wanted a safe place close to our families and this was quite the right pad. We instantly felt at home. The views added to the serenity vibe. We were unperturbed by the rains and winds at this time of the year. The house was clean with aesthetic decor, apt for an AirBnB, tidy bathrooms and useable kitchen. We were provided with towels and the washing machine came handy. Free of mosquitos! Since we didn’t want to bother with groceries, we ordered take-ins and Swiggy/Zomato came in handy but we missed home food. Rem, the hostess with the mostess, was ever so helpful and compassionate, and added to the charm of the property. We are ever so grateful to her and she is an asset to Anna. Security was reassuring and the residents were friendly. We had a great stay and our kids want to come back here for our next holiday. 100% enjoyed our stay which met all our needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb house and can’t recommend it enough. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked, perfect for preparing meals, and the backyard was a great spot to relax in the evenings. The host was incredibly welcoming, offering great local recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything I wanted to see, this place made my trip feel extra special.

Had a wonderful stay at this private hillside property, located a bit away from Kodaikanal. It’s a single, standalone home—so no one else around to disturb you. The space includes two well-kept bedrooms, plus a third bed setup upstairs that effectively makes it a 3-bedroom home. The balcony offers a lovely view of the hills and locality, and the house is equipped with a smart TV, kitchen amenities, and a cozy campfire setup for the evenings. The caretaker was responsible and helpful, and the host was extremely responsive throughout. A perfect spot for a peaceful, private, and comfortable getaway.

Karuna farms is not just a stay, it is an experience. An experience so refreshing that you will carry it with you when you go back. It is a place to explore within itself with lot of things to cover - waterfall, pool, yoga, trekking and most importantly the rock. What is more important to cover at this place, is just sitting back and experience the nature around you, through out my stay I could hear birds chirping, stream flowing, leaves falling and all the other elements that connects you with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the urban set-up to something peaceful and refreshing, Karuna farms is the best place. Hrudayavasi is a villa type set up with in Karuna farms, it has some transcendental energy that let you connect with your soul. The portraits of Lord Krishna setup all over the place are so beautiful and you can just stare at them observing the details. Overall this is a great place for having a refreshing experience and getting closer to nature.

Our recent stay was truly magical! The location is nestled in lush greenery --- tropical experience. The place is tranquil and offers the soothing sounds of nature; a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The accommodation itself had modern amenities and traditional Kerala charm. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s attention to detail and the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Our hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, providing tips on local attractions and dining options. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable! Nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Kerala!

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

Neil and his father josh were very helpful n friendly, they have arranged me few more kitchen utensils on my request n I was given a bike to get necessary groceries from near by store. Place is very clean, premises are beautiful n maintaining well. I m very happy with my stay here.

The Hill Breeze property is quiet and tranquil. incredibly roomy and cozy. decent internet access and a large, comfortable TV. with the required kitchenware and electrical equipment on hand. There are plenty of parking spaces available. Saravana answered all of my questions with accuracy and promptness. Rashmi, the caregiver, is a very amiable and cooperative individual. She also makes sure to provide food at a fair price. The homestay's interior is really cold. There are standard heaters available, but air-blasting heaters will be better and more recommended.

The stay was awesome. Location was peaceful. and caretaker was responsible and very helpful.

I needed a place to freshen up and sleep for an early flight out of Kochi. Jose’s place is close to the airport and provided what I need. I had a little problem to find the address as it is on a service road. But Jose was able provide clear directions to turn off the main road.

The place was clean, great view of the valley and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was great and helped us proactively.
