It is also 15 minutes from the beaches of Sulcis, 30 minutes from the mining complex of Porto Flavia and 50 km from the airport. The house is divided into: a living room with a sofa bed for one and a half, a kitchen, a garden, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. An Italian breakfast is included in the rate. Ample parking is available.

The house has a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a balcony with table to dine or have lunch outdoors with a breathtaking sea view + barbecue at hand. The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5 minutes away.
