We live in Santa Lucia Park, a residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3-minute walk). Easily accessible from Saint-Raphael/Valescure train station (500 m), close to beaches, restaurants, bars and amenities (supermarkets 50 m away). The Sunday market and the July–August night market start on the corner!
