One of the best apartments I've rented. Everything was just like the description and photos. Warm apartment, even had a dehumidifier! What struck us was the very good materials used and the excellent consumables (towels, sheets, etc.). The host is also excellent, friendly and always helpful. Ideal for a stay of 3 people or more.

Great stay at the apartment – excellent service and atmosphere. The owners are very nice, helpful and friendly. They gave advices on the nearest places to visit and on good restaurants. We were picked up at the port by the car, so it was very nice, as we had a quite long trip and there was no need to think how to get to the apartment. The apartment is very clean, stylish and cozy. And the sea view from it is breathtaking. I highly recommend this property as it has everything and the owners are very positive and helpful. I will be definitely recommending this place for my family and friends and will come back for sure.

Everything was spotless,organized, the kitchen and the bathroom,covers and towels smelled delicious. We've never stayed in a cleaner room!

Highly recommend this place. Everything is very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. The hosts are very nice and helpful. It is not far from the beach, but there is no noise from the bars above the beach, which was a big plus for us. If we come back to Ksamil, then only to this place.

Alexis’ place was perfect for us, and he was a great host - very responsive to and helpful with our initial questions. The check-in instructions were very clear and we very much appreciated the off-street parking. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. It is a neat and stylish studio apartment. The location was great - very central and walkable to the lake front and to many restaurants and bars. There is no noise to the apartment from all the activity nearby. We were completely satisfied with our stay in this apartment! The location was in one of the most convenient spots in the city as access to most places was done comfortably on foot. The house was spotlessly clean and just like the photos. It had all the essentials to move around comfortably the days you stay there. The aesthetic of the space was very nice and the price definitely corresponded to the offers of the space, the apartment was absolutely worth the money. The host responded immediately and was available for any issues you might have. I would definitely choose this apartment again!

Me and my family do not like the mess and the noise that you can find on holidays during August! We just want to enjoy pricacy and the beautiful view of the sea! We got exactly what we wanted! A huge and great place, quiet, very clean and with a breathtaking view! Nothing was missing from this private villa and when i say nothing it is definitely nothing! We enjoyed the pool till late hours at night and let our kids playing around! The pool had great lights during the night and also a lot of spaces to eat lunch, dinner or dring a beer with family and friends! Last but not least i want to talk about Konstantinos who was always there to answer every question we had and give us directions on how to use everything at that place! We assure you that will be back very soon and also recommend your place to any friend of us that will ask to visit Sivota! Regards!

We stayed at this place for two days and had a great time! Spiridoula is a very sweet, warm and nice host who gave us a great welcome. She is child-friendly and helpful. The communication on tips in the area went smoothly and quickly with her and her son Kosta. The apartment corresponded to the pictures and was absolutely fine for us due to its size and good location. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back 😊

The place is conveniently located, very quiet and a little away from the rest of the hustle and bustle in Ksamil. Perfect location and wonderful accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Limos is a very pleasant and friendly host who lovingly takes care of his guests. We were very happy here and will be happy to come back.

A magnificent villa with a beautiful view of the mountains, very well thought-out accommodation with 3 separate apartments, a magnificent swimming pool. I recommend it 1000% you will not be disappointed, with friends or family it is a perfect place for a peaceful holiday in complete privacy!

The house is modernly furnished, tastefully, and with high quality furniture. Super-equipped and high-end kitchen, like all the furnishings in the house. Everything you need in the house is available to guests. There are four double bedrooms with large closets, 2.5 modern bathrooms, two very large living areas and terraces in each room; no problem hosting 8 guests (for two families it is ideal). Adjustable air conditioning in every room. Access to a pebble beach through stairs (80 steps), but you can also get there from the street (2 minutes by foot). We had a problem with small (non-aggressive) bees entering our bedroom through the air conditioning duct. We have reported this to Frau Ingrid, and given the general situation we are sure that it will be resolved in a very short time. I think it would be fair to report on the website that running water can be used for cooking, but it is not drinkable.

Great apartment , spotless and spacious! Friendly hosts and 2 minutes from the square and shops. I'm sure we'll revisit them! We also recommend the Exceptional bakery in the square that the family has... for tsipouro and appetizers in Czeva and of course for drinks in the incredible retro bar !

I've spent 9 nights in Christos' house. We had everything we needed, cooking gear, stove, good fridge and freezer, great kitchen, great bathroom, great bedrooms, great porch to be outside. The house is in a quiet area and as close as possible to grocery stores for a place right on the beach.

Brand new and very clean accommodation, Sabri and his wife Claudia were always very kind and available for every request, the accommodation is located on a hill and in a very quiet and airy location, there is also a beautiful pebble beach 7 minutes away on foot. Suitable for those looking for tranquility. There is the possibility of cooking with hot plates. However, it is necessary to have the car to go to Ksamil or Saranda. We had a great time!!

One of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed! The place is beautiful and it has everything you need! It is literally spotless! Fresh and bright, it's the perfect getaway! Elena, is so friendly! She gave us the precise direction for the apartment and info about the parking, where to go, where to eat, what to see. I will definitely...definitely come back for even more days. I highly reccomend the apartment to any future guest!

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.
