Arraial was a great dream that my family and I had, and staying in Nayana's apartment, counting on all his attention, cordiality, sympathy made all the difference, not counting the structure of the AP and the condominium, which made us feel at home, having wonderful days.

It's even hard to find words to describe our experience at Beth's residence. From the start of the negotiations, Beth was super helpful, answered all our questions, gave excellent tips on restaurants and tours. We arrived and were greeted by Olivia, who has worked with Beth for years, with a delicious breakfast waiting for us. The residence was impeccable. The apartment is very spacious, very airy and well located. We loved the decor. We loved everything. It exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend it and certainly, on a future opportunity to return to Cabo Frio, we will not choose another place. Thank you Beth. Thank you Olivia for all the affection and care with us. I loved the accommodations at Alice's apartment! The place is wonderful, with 24-hour security, an amazing pool and a self-service restaurant with a varied menu. The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to request Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any delivery issues. My kids loved the environment, especially the lagoon. In addition, Monte Alto Beach is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

The apartment is excellent! All bedrooms and living room/balcony overlooking the beach. Location close to everything. Clean bedding, pillows and towels available to all guests. Kitchen equipped with all the basic utensils, including microwave, airfryer and freezer (the photo of the kitchen in the listing is outdated, it currently has more cabinets). Helinho always responded quickly and Guto from the concierge always very helpful. I and my family loved the place and would definitely come back.

To stay with the family is great, there is a swimming pool, sauna, gym, game room with video game , pool, board games. I have two children who loved staying there. Kitchen fully equipped to prepare the food itself.

Sensacional, is the word that describes the experience we had in the house. Perfect, clean and well-organized accommodation. The host, was quite requested in our needs. The house is great, exactly as it is in the photos. The other experiences were due to the surrounding nature. I'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!!!

I loved my stay! The house is even more beautiful in person, the wonderful pool, the beds in the rooms are great and super comfortable. The beach is super close, I think from the gate of the house to there are about 30 meters. The place is super quiet. I recommend and would be back for sure.

We just have to thank Nico and his wife, we got married in Arraial and they managed to make everything more special, with flexibility for service providers to enter for this incredible moment, in addition to the accommodation being incredible, a comfortable place, everything clean, they welcomed us very well, exceeding all expectations. And plus we were close to Praia Grande and good restaurants, markets and pharmacies, we did everything on foot. It was our top choice!

We had wonderful days in this paradise. The space served us perfectly , the beach is wonderful and the house is new and it was very clean, but the high point is cook D. Luzia, which person illuminated with perfect astral and empathy for the environment, and also cooks wonderfully well, did not take any effort to please us. I'll be back for sure!! Thank you

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

Yan's accommodation is exactly as advertised, everything very well decorated, with several appliances for our comfort and convenience. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room is excellent. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Marcelo helped us a lot on arrival, and Yan even gave suggestions for tours. I recommend it 100%! The location is excellent!!!

My family and I had an incredible weekend at Mr. Joaquim's apartment, he always responded to us whenever we needed, answered all our questions with kindness and accuracy. The information about the space is reliable, everything is very clean, perfect bed and bath linens. The pools and the lake are simply wonderful. In the kitchen we found everything we needed, excellent air conditioning, comfortable rooms, bathrooms and living room all clean and organized. Close to Cabo Frio and the paradisiacal beaches of Arraial do Cabo, we had the opportunity to visit there as well. The condominium is organized and safe. We definitely recommend it, we already miss it. We'll be back as soon as we can.

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. we spent 10 barbarian days. the new depto...comfortable....the jewel of the house was the shower with its pressure on the Iguazú waterfalls style. Agustinas was quick to respond to a thousand questions. all great!
