Traditional log cabin by a peaceful lake

Relax and enjoy the peace of nature! A two-story traditional log cabin on the lake. A well-equipped kitchen-living room in the cottage and a separate auxiliary kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and drying cabinet. In the downstairs bedroom, a double bed and beds for four guests in the upstairs bedrooms. Also in the cottage is a wooden sauna and a pier, rowing boat and canoe on the beach. Gas grill, electric fryer, and masonry pan in the yard. There is also an sup board and an electric motor for rent separately.

Apartment in old school

A 2022 renovated apartment at the end of a former village school. Apartment has a indoor kitchen, an open bedroom, and a bathroom. Sleeps four. A double bed in the bedroom and a fold-out couch in the living room. The outdoor sauna heats up at an extra charge. The flat is located in a quiet area, 8km from the city center. The rest of the building is used by the host, and dogs and chickens are playing around their side the yard. There's room to hang out in the yard, like a BBQ grill. Great for families with children, too.

Peaceful cottage in an idyllic location on the shore of Lake Saimaa. Private sauna cottage and beach. Large covered terrace with stunning views of Saimaa. A rowing boat available to guests. Suitable for families, couples, and max. 5 people for a group. The cottage is located 5 km drive from the center of Oravi, where you can find a shop, restaurants, a guest marina, a gas station, and a tourist information. From the squirrel, you'll conveniently enter Linnansaari National Park. Savonlinna city center is 35 km away.

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Smoking and pet free area. Children are wellcome.  Warmly wellcome to our guest!

Spend your vacation with friends and family, or a romantic weekend with your loved one by the fireplace, surrounded by beautiful wildlife. A small and cozy house in the forest is waiting for you. There is a sauna, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a sofa on the ground floor (accomodates 2 people ), a double bed and a single bed on the first floor, linen is available, wi-fi. The nearest lake is a 13-minute walk through the forest along a beautiful path.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Lakefront log cottage, peaceful location w/ sauna

Experience the true traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total silence and peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. Good 4G connection!

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Tarvittaessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta.
