If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

In the cottage on the shore of Höytiäinen, you can spend your holiday by a unique lake landscape. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace for heating in winter. Cooking with an Airfryer, microwave or on the terrace with a 5-burner gas grill. Drinking water is available directly from the kitchen faucet. The guest has access to the entire cottage, which has sleeping facilities for two, a sauna, a toilet and a small kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 8 km from the city center. The rest of the building is for the host's own use. There is room in the yard to stay and, for example, barbecue. Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Welcome to relax in our courtyard sauna, on the shore of the lake! Although the small, stylish sauna house is part of our inhabited yard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful views here. The property is also great for telecommuting! The beach in Lahti is shallow and well suited for children. A rowboat and a SUP board are available. Bring your own linen and towels. If necessary, however, linen can be arranged from the accommodation.
