見晴らしの良い高台に位置し、縁側や2階の窓からは奈良の景色を見渡せます。暮らすように泊まれる宿をイメージし清潔で快適な空間を作りました。宿泊部屋は4つ、各部屋にはシングルベッドが2台ずつあります。徒歩10分の鳥居前駅からケーブルカーで生駒山上遊園地まで15分、山頂から一望できる大阪の夜景は「COOL JAPAN AWARD2019」に認定されるほどです。また宿のすぐそばから宝山寺まで続く参道は眺望良い飲食店などがあり昔ながらの風情を楽しめます。早朝の散歩はとても清々しいです。徒歩10分の生駒駅は4路線ある便利な駅です。生駒駅からは坂道や階段があり大きな荷物をお持ちの方は駅からタクシーをお勧めします（約700円前後）スーパー、百貨店、飲食店まで徒歩10分。大阪難波駅・道頓堀　　　　　　20分大阪城　　　　　　　　　　　　20分ユニバーサルスタジオジャパン　45分京都駅・伏見稲荷大社　　　　　60分奈良公園　　　　　　　　　　　20分東大寺　　　　　　　　　　　　30分法隆寺　　　　　　　　　　　　60分 ⚠️近所迷惑になる為騒音厳禁でお願いいたします。

You have a great nice view of the city of Nara and Ikoma. from the balcony of 2nd,3rd floor. The 2nd floor bed room catches the morning sun ,birds voice . Ikomayama-mountain itself is a power spot . And a place where you can receive power from the ancient city of Nara. So "Kerinosu" is a power spot! You can drink enough tea -Tochucha-from my garden ,I dried is delicious &good for your health. Receivable a healing exercise that is a meditation mixed Kerinosu- yoga movements if you like.

西村邸は、奈良町の一画に100年以上たたずむ、昔ながらの奈良町屋です。ここは、ぼくが子どもの頃、長い時間を過ごした「おばあちゃんち」でした。奈良町には、ずっと変わらない心地よい鄙(ひな)びがあります。「これからの世代に、少しでもこの心地よい鄙(ひな)びにふれて欲しい。」そんな想いで、空き家になっていた西村邸を、手入れしました。 - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

およそ築100年、大正時代の本格日本家屋のゲストハウスを一棟貸し切りして頂けます。気兼ねなく、奈良に暮らすようにゆっくりお過ごし頂けます。奈良公園のすぐ側、近鉄奈良駅まで徒歩約10分。早朝や夕暮れの静かな時間の散策も容易です。 4名様まで同料金です。最大9名様までご宿泊頂けます。格子の窓や茶室、縁側、中庭、大正時代に建てられた日本家屋は趣で魅力いっぱいです。中庭に面した掘り炬燵のあるリビングでゆっくり団欒して下さい。キッチンは、IHコンロ、電子レンジ、トースター、冷蔵庫、ポット、調理道具などが揃っています。みんなで料理して、庭を見ながら掘りごたつでお鍋を囲むなど、楽しくお過ごし下さい！トイレとシャワールームは二か所ずつございます。ホテルのような設備はございませんが、懐かしい情緒とゆっくりお過ごし頂けると幸いです。お部屋は寝室だけで合計6部屋ございます。人数に合わせてご用意させて頂きます。部屋割りなどにご希望がございましたらご連絡下さい。

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Check-in is not possible on Sunday.(Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. The old house is 300㎡ and the field is 300㎡. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families.

こちらのユニークな宿泊先には、独自のスタイルがあります。 2023年10月に新築オープン、ホストは1階管理室に在住してますが、ほぼ一棟貸し感覚でご利用できます。 2階フロアは全て貸切り。グラフテクトのアイランドキッチンを中心にした広々としたLDKは勿論、ヴィラの最も特徴的な空間であるスカイテラスには、屋外ソファを設置しサウナ（利用可能時間18:00〜22:00）やジャグジーの他最大100インチのプロジェクターで映画のタイトルなどが楽しめます。また、カナダ製ブロイルキング社の本格的BBQグリルを設置しておりいつでもバーベキューを楽しむことが出来き、グランピング感覚でも楽しむことができます。（BBQグリルにはいわゆる焼肉用のお肉ではなく、厚切りのステーキ用をご用意していただく方が適しています。）また、2025年4月13日からは『大阪・関西万博』が開催されますが、最寄駅（徒歩約15分の木津駅）から最短90分で会場まで行くことができます。
