I was travelling solo as a woman, and Ayla Hanim’s place was the perfect fit. I wanted to be within walking distance of the pier, and her home was just a ten-minute walk away. She was an incredibly welcoming host; kind, attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had during my stay. I truly felt lucky to have her as my host. Such a diva! It was a wonderful accommodation experience. The house had a unique, very warm and peaceful atmosphere. It was immaculate, every detail was carefully thought out. The garden was really beautiful, we had a pleasant time in the evenings. The fact that all rooms had air conditioning also increased our comfort. Mr. Cengiz was interested and helpful, and supported me in everything. I recommend it with peace of mind, I would love to come to this house again if I happen to be in Çeşme

Detached House with Garden

We provided accommodation for my mother, brother and dog. The house is built on a very large plot of land. There were 2-3 dogs in the garden, but they did not approach the house and people. I chose a place with a garden especially for my dog. We did not have any problems. There are markets such as Migros, Şok, A101 10 minutes away from the house, and a small grocery store 5 minutes away. We did not have any problems in that regard. We preferred Cleopatra Bay, Delikli Bay, Çark Beach as the beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to these places from the house, and 17 minutes to Alaçatı Bazaar. We provided easy transportation. When we went, there was a water problem, but it was not reflected to us. They always drew water for the house, thankfully. The house was very good, it was enough for us, there were small deficiencies such as dishwashing, etc., but they are not problems. We were very pleased.
